Works well but..
Works well on non crimped ammo. Will do crimped primers but requires significantly more effort. It gets the job done. Down side- hard to remove shells half the time. The primer capture tube falls off periodically especially when it's full and you just vacuumed the rug. It would be ideal to put tape ...

Frankford Arsenal Platinum Series Deprimer
Best hand deprimer on this planet! If you deprime brass for reloading, you need this tool!
Would recommend: Yes
Easy to use
So easy to use. Made of thick cast aluminum. Heavy duty. Just sit in front of your tv and knock out your primers. I recently started buying Frankfort arsenal products and have become a fan. I have owned there viberdine for years and has never failed.
Would recommend: Yes
works well
As a previous reviewer said. Keep an eye on the catcher. It will work loose and dump primers everywhere. Other than that its a good hand workout while knocking out primers. I would recommend. Its held up so far.
Pros:
- Simple
Cons:
- None
Would recommend: Yes
Helps keep reloader clean
Depriming and scraping pocket before putting brass in reloading machine keeps the area and loader easier to maintain. I have had mine for years now and have done thousands of rounds many different calibers with no troubles.

Very Convenient And Works Great!!!
This thing is so easy to use and get a steady rhythm going. Before I knew it, I had already deprimed my first 100 9mm brass. Then did the same with 150 more of .45 acp ….All while watching TV. Highly recommended for anyone who prefers priming off the press!!
Pros:
- Ease of use
Cons:
- none yet
Best Used for:
- depriming brass

Great prep tool !!!
I like to deprime my brass before I wet tumble it. This is a great tool for that job. I can watch TV and deprime at the same time. No need to go to the bench, find the correct shell holder, install it and press out the brass. This is so simple and easy to use.
Pros:
- Ease Of Use
Cons:
- None

Very Nice Product, Wish I had it years ago!
I just got my "Frankford Arsenal " DePrimer and it really works great... I can depin in Fraction of the time and I can be doing something else while doing it... Watching TV or what ever without having to lean over the bench and just depin all day long... I ran a test to see how many I could depin without emptying the container... Using Small Pistol Primers, I was able to DEPIN exactly 300 before it would not do another primer (and I have a sore finger to prove it.. LOL)... There is only 1 minor issue that I notice that could be improved and that is the capusle that catches the primer.. As you depriming cases without paying attention the capture container will come loose and when it does it is never empty and usually 1/2 full and makes a good mess... An improvement I see that they could make would be to make it threaded vs friction fit... The only other improvement to make it better, is once you put the case in to deprime it and push it down, once you deprime to have it to spring back up... Would be a Nicity, but certainly not a henderence either.
Overall... I highly recommend this unit for use in reloading... I would give it an 5.0 max rating, but will give it a 4.9 due to the friction fit of the capture container liking to come lose. I know some just take it off and eject them into a trash can... Probably not a 1/2 bad idea.. I personally have not tried that yet, but certainly will be in the near future... (After my finger recovers from 300 Deprimes! :)

- Saves Time
- Easy to user
Cons:
- Capture Container Comes Off

Works great, wears faster on small calibers
So far I've done about 3000 rounds with it no issues, only complaint is the collet storage. I usually just remove them and set them aside during usage. I'm just afraid to lose them if they slip off the tool
Pros:
- Durable and works as intended
Cons:
- Collet storage
Would recommend: Yes
Works well
Works really good and does exactly what I need. After a couple hundred rounds the spring that pops it back up relaxed. Not a big deal just gotta manually lift the chamber up to retrieve the shell. The plastic receptacle needs a screw on design instead of push on.

Great De-Primer!
First off let me say that I love this De-primer! I like to deprime before I wet tumble to get the primer pockets clean. Before I was stuck at my reloading bench, but now I'm free! I can de-prime anywhere. In the first week of having it I de-primed 1000 9mm, 900 .45ACP, and 1500 .38SPL rounds all while sitting in my recliner watching Netflix. Once I fell into a grove I could de-prime about 300-400 per hour. To me it's one of my favorite reloading tools
