Frankford Arsenal bullet puller
Junk. Incredible how poor this is made. Massive fumbling. The collets r in two pieces that u have to put together with an or ring in the right direction with no place to put it properly before u screw on the cap. After that it just gets all prezteld and jammed up. Totally Embarrassing Fankford arsenal engineering. I got their stuff. A lot of us do have their stuff. It's affordable. It just works. But it's bad. Most of it is borderline junk.

Better than expected for the price
This has been a pleasant surprise for a 'budget' option. No issues with durability, and the collets seems to hold pretty well, they are more of a pain to get together than some, a bit finnicky, but that is probably the trade-off for a tighter grip. We will see if it holds up over time, but I am impressed so far.
Pros:
- durable
- Inexpensive
Cons:
- Finicky collets

Great Product
Great product, works well for pulling bullets without damage. A must have for anyone that wants to get into reloading. Seems like it was built to last. But I just started using it, so I will see how it holds up.
Pros:
- works well

Works as advertised!
I have owned this puller for years now, and it still works great! For the price I did not think it would last. It has salvaged many mistakes. I recommend this to all budget minded people who reload. The only issue I have had was the O-rings on the collets cracking after owning for years.(no big deal)
Pros:
- duribility
Cons:
- None

Okay Bullet Puller.
The price is right. The puller feels a little cheap in your hand, you have to hand tighten it pretty hard but it works. I pulled a few loads that were not crimped, and it took some whacking. My only fear is that it might break on a crimped bullet.

Frankford Arsenal Sudden Impact Bullet Puller 836017
Product works well as O/P described. The head broke after six months of use. O/P said very politely that they don't get involved after 30 days. I should go to manufacturer. Can you say'"hello Amazon"
Pros: Does the job well for 6 months.
Cons: Head broke after six months.

Impact Bullet Puller
This is a nice tool to have, no reason to pay more. Only drawback are the collets, you have to put them together and keep track of your instructions so you know what collet does what size rounds. Be prepared to wait. Took optics planet a month to send.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Collets

Works Great!
I just started to reload and purchased this puller for my 'mistakes'. It works great; a couple hits on the concrete floor and the bullet is removed. Easy to use. I will wait to see how durable this is over time; but so far i have used it 5-6 times and no signs of potential problems. I like the metal shaft instead of the plastic on other brands.
