Keeping in mind this was an open box purchase, I ran into a small issue that was my fault during the installation, of the trigger, as it came apart, because of the attached rubber band that fell apart, although I followed the video online for reassembling the trigger I did not pay close attention as I should have as once fully assembled it did not function with the slide on, I called Franklin Armory support and the technician gave me the issue and fix, being that the trigger bar tension spring, not being in the correct position, note if it is not and the slide is on you will not be able to remove the slide normally, but have to remove the backplate on the slide (same as OEM Glock backplate remove), this will allow you to get to the trigger and make sure it is in from of the trigger bar and not behind it, as the video will display, once corrected it worked as advertised, note follow the installation video "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57avbn-KiCs", near the end of the video if covers the proper reassembly of the trigger, the slide is the easiest to install but still review the video as after proper assembly it does not install on the lower as a OEM Glock because of the trigger, follow the video, review it first. Also make sure the lower is an OEM Glock 17 and not a Polymer 80 as the rails are different, also it states in the instructions as well as Franklin website to use an OEM Glock lower.
