I do competition pistol shooting, which means I clean my pistols alot. It is very safe to say that I will go through 300 to 500 rounds every other weekend all together with all my pistols. I recently switched to Frog Lube Spray Cleaner and Wipes. I have tried just about every cleaning product and method you can think of. Frog Lube products are the VERY BEST I have ever used! Just spray on and wipe off, even heavy carbon and powder residue dissolve instantly, and the Frog Lube Wipes are even easier to use. FrogLube - the only cleaners I use
Fantastic product - performs better than any other solvent/lubes I've used and pleasant smell is a bonus! Your gun will appear very dirty when cleaning, however it is all surface carbon and easily wipes off.

NOT SURE WHAT FROG LUBE SOLVENT CONTAINS BUT IT DID NOT WORK TO WELL FOR ME. IT HAS THE CONSISTACEY OF A MILD SOAP AND WATER. I APLLIED THE SOLVENT THREE TIMES BEFORE IT WOULD REMOVE SOME OIL. I HAD NO LUCK WITH REMOVING ANY OF THE GUN GREASE.

Frog Lube is my go to cleaner and CLP
I recently switched from primarily using Hoppe's products to using the FrogLube CLP and Solvent.
This is only my second bottle of the solvent, but the stuff works good enough and helps get my firearms clean. The downside with the solvent is it is not as strong as other solvents when their is heavy buildup and fouling... but maybe this is where I need to get an ultrasonic cleaner or use more of the CLP before shooting so the buildup just wipes off.
The scent is nice and I don't worry about using it in the house.
