Bulky and loose fitting

I purchased this to have maximum control of my 50 lbs Australian Cattle Dog. The harness arrived with several changes not advertises. I ordered the hi-vis Orange due to walking at night. It arrived without the reflective straps. The chest plate is also not removable as shown. The harness fit awkwardly with lots of extra strap sticking out. It pulled over his head as soon as I lifted him by the handle.
