I installed the forward grip with M-Lok attachment. I just kept screwing, hand tight, and noticed the screws were making contact with the barrel and they weren't even close to tight. I figured the screws were too long, so I took it off to grind off some threads and noticed the carbon fiber layers were cracked and splitting open at the screw holes.
