Terrible product, tons of hidden costs and extras, hasn't worked properly after a dozen attempts.

Save your money, buy something else...

The laser unit didn't work right out of the box. I have sent an e-mail and also submitted a message on their website. No response. It's on me. I didn't research them enough and paid about $160 tuition to learn that Gsight sells defective, low quality products and then ghosts you. Hopefully I paid your tuition also.

I do not recommend anyone to buy it. It is a piece of junk. Stopped working after few months. I thought the batteries died but it wasn't the case. I purchased another brand as much happier with another brand.

Laser not working from the start. Sent message to email address and waiting on a reply. From reading other post about their customer service or lack of it. I’m hoping my experience will go better. Will update once this is determined.

I purchased three different units and the stand and holder. After receiving them and testing them out, one of the units was defective right out of the box. I contacted the company’s customer service, via their website, several times, without receiving any response. I took to social media to address my concerns about getting a defective exchange, and was contacted through personal messenger about my concerns. After several follow ups and several different people, I was lastly told I would be contacted by the president, Brian, to address my concerns. No follow up or call after providing my home number as well. Again, in my follow up to not receiving a call or follow up on their part, the company took it upon themselves to block me from any form of comments on their social media advertising and personal messages. To say the least, this company’s handling of customer satisfaction is not that one can rely on, after the purchase is made. Very disappointed to say the least.

Not sure if this will really translate to improving skills, but seems to help so far. I got the .40 S&W version and it worked great out of the box for the first 100 “shots”, but then it started to “misfire”. The rubber strike pad started to show a bit of wear (indentation) which probably affected the laser response. After fidgeting with the product fitment for awhile, I resorted to unscrewing the “cap” a half turn to extend the length of the cartridge just a hair. That seemed to do the trick and it’s working again. Time will tell if the rubber pad will hold up for the long run. For now, I’m having a lot fun target practicing in the house.

You need a Cleaning rod to extract it each and every time. Also the red light is only on for a split second. Garbage. Do not buy. The website to buy the targets that come with the directions isn’t even a working address.

worked for about 20 minutes then stopped. I changed battery abd everything. The timmer application is also not functioning properly. The option menu did not work. I like the concept of the device but the quality needs improvement

I bought 2 of these when they were on sale. One for .223 and one for 300 Blk. The cartridge for 300 BLK never fit right in my chamber, and I tried taking the o-rings off which didn't help.

I was plenty satisfied with the laser from the .223 cartridge, but it stopped working after about 50 shots.

I emailed their customer service and never got a response.

It stopped working after the first month even with new batteries. I never got a response from G Sight support. I explained my situation to Optics Planet and they stepped up and replace my Laser Cartridge for free. They didn't have to, but they valued me as a customer and earned my repeat business. I cannot say the same for G sight.. I got my replacement. It worked fine for three weeks then the pressure pad stopped springing back and acted like an always on laser pointer.
