I was looking for a bag that offered more pockets than the traditional style for my .22 rifles (10/22, CZ, etc.) under 40" long. I gave this Galati drag bag a try as it had lots of pockets, and the size (42" length) seemed to fit my need. In fact, the outside length was more like 46" (not that disappointed), but the material felt cheap. Though it was advertised as 1000D nylon fabric, it was much thinner than my Tac Force cases (also 1000D), and felt flimsy to the touch. It had straps to secure the rifle inside the main compartment, with a very thick foam insert in the case panels. There was no foam protection at all on the outside pockets. So, carrying a spotting scope or electronic gear in those pockets would not be recommended. I could have kept the bag, had it not felt 'cheap and flimsy', and definitely it wouldn't last a 'drag' (not that I intended to do it as the name implied.) All in all, it's not worth the price, so I returned it.
