Shoulder holster works great - Galco CL2-160 Classic Lite Shoulder System Natural Leather Shoulder S&W J Frame

I use this with my S&W Model 60 (stainless, 2.125", .357 Mag). Also works with other revolvers, have carried my S&W 637 in it as well. It does fit a bit on the tight side with the Hogue monogrip, but no problems un-holstering or carrying it all-day. Very comfortable, the reload-pouches hold Safariland COMP I speed-loaders just fine.

NOTE:
Of course you need to practice reloading with your left-hand grabbing the reloader, which isn't difficult at all. It's just not 'traditional' in the wheel-gun world, but I've found it to be faster/simpler/easier and is generally my go-to reload for all my revolvers (686 L-frame being frequently carried [in other holsters of course])... Just a note for those that like revolvers like me, but also carry Glock from time to time...
