Works well. Wasn't extremely tight for a new holster. I have several Galco holsters. They all function properly. Highly recommend their products. The component fit perfectly on my shoulder rid with little adjustment to the harness. This product, as with all Galco products, is top quality. I can't say enough about this company. Prices are reasonable and shipping is fast and free. If you want a leather holster that will fit you and your pistol like a glove, by Galco.

good fit easy to use I have to right 200 characters to get my free coupon. so I will just babble on. another come on from optics planet. they e-mail you say get your free coupon , then they well you have to do this & that to qualify.. baloney!!! don't advertise free coupon if you have to "qualify" okay I hope this is 200 characters.

Perfect fit!

I was using one of those velcro shoulder harnesses and it was junk. I do a lot of bear hunting and spend most my free time in the forest, so be able to carry concealed and COMFORTABLY is essential! I have no complaint. Everything fit like it should once it was adjusted to me. I got a great deal through Optics Planet! excellent customer service.

Galco S3H Shoulder Holster - Springfield XD

This is the seperate holster componant, not the whole rig.

The only downside to this holster (and it isn't much of one) is that you have to repeatedly holster and draw your pistol in order to break it in smoothly. Why, it took almost 30 minutes of my time, while I sat on the couch and watched the news.

Seriously, a great product
Pros: Well molded, positive thumb snap, comfortable
Cons: Not really - see comments.

Pros: fantastic leather holster
Cons: would not fit my M&P 40 with crimson trace grips
