first off ordering this item inthe selection window is absurd with how it's laid out. 100s different makes/models crammed together like that... go ahead, try to select one. Good Luck. Not that it should really matter, it's literally an elastic strap with 2 more elastic straps sewn on as pouches, how there's any difference between the elastic in the 454 models to choose from is a mystery. So I make the selection basically just glock/black, and the item I receive is for a 30-32" waist. I could've probably used it as an ankle rig. Apparently 30-32 is considered "multi-fit" --crazy. Just give up the dream- belly bands suck and they always will. I have a shoulder-rig from Galco that's very high quality, but they don't offer that setup cut for an optic, so I can't even use that anymore. It simply appears they refuse to join the 21st century in basically every regard.

Best universal IWB holster
This is a great holster that adapts to anything from revolvers to medium semiautos. It can be worn in many positions for both left and right handed use. I've been using this holster for 15 years and it has always been my go to for in waist band carry. It's very comfortable and easy to conceal, and you don't even have to wear a belt! These are well made here in America and will last you many years of use before the elastic wears out. Very effective and affordable!
