TOPO MAPS WAS SENT WITH NO PRODUCT NUMBER WHICH YOU NEED TO ACCESS YOUR MAPS. AT LEAST 3 DAYS FOR E-MAIL RESPONSE AND MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES WAIT ON TELEPHONE FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT.NO PRODUCT IS WORTH THIS KIND OF SERVICE. i AM RETURNING MINE.
