huge razor like burr in tube
Machining 101 guys, remove the burrs.
nothing ever wrong with the aero precisions i used on my other builds.
Worth a shot for cheap build.
It is good and reliable with good materials, only complaint i have is castle nut almost feels cheap and feels like about break any minute and endplate also doesn’t line up perfectly.

A1 Steaksauce of a Buffer Beauty
Exactly what you would expect out of Geissele. Great fit and finish(except maybe the stamped plate) but that’s really a preference thing. Color looks great, really smooth.

Dings & dents
probably the worse receiver extension I've seen. I've ordered from BCM and every receiver extension has been perfect. I'm going to keep it just to avoid the headaches involved with returning an item.

No issues, great buffer tube, went together smooth as butter, no crunchy crown nut threads, works great with my braided buffer tube.

G$ Mil-spec Buffier Tube
After realizing I had a buffer tube on one of my builds made out of 6061 aluminum I wanted to upgrade to 7075. so of course I went with Geissele. I already had a H2 super 42 in it so it just made sense. Its a quality buffer tube. I use PWS ratcheted endplate and castle nut over the the castle nut and endplate it comea with so those ended up in my spare parts box. I like how the threads come pre lube making the install even easier. Now my 5 year old AR has a nice upgraded buffer tube to go along with all the other Geissele parts that I have put on it over the past year or so (including the mk14 rail). I use this buffer tube and super 42 kit on all my builds because they are great products and give you better life span on your rifle. It won't be the last time I buy one thats for sure.

Exactly as you’d expect
Fits great, but the “win” is the tight fit of a milspec stock. No wobble or jiggle of any type. This is two fold as the stock has to be of good quality too, but both entities have to be good quality for tight and smooth fit.
