Most Helpful Negative Review No difference from stock
I don't notice any significant difference from stock spring. Not worth the price tag. Better to just install a heavier buffer for less money, assuming the gun is overgassed. The spring itself makes no difference. Overhyped reviews here.

Best upgrade for the buck! Installed in my 5.56 SBR w/10.5” barrel (no suppressor). Smooth operation, minimal recoil felt, no twang heard, perfect brass ejection, no jams. Takes the beating out of the Bang!

geissele super 42 spring with H3 buffer

For those of you out there looking to obtain a long lasting buffer system while improving your recoil, i highly recommend this product, i understand that for some of us that might have a limited price range that this product can get pricey, but this buffer system will most likely be the only system needed to out last your shooting needs, and i highly recommend purchasing on sale, overall you can go wrong with a geissele product

Highly recommended for FRT applications in carbine length rifles.
