I put this on my BCM pistol lower that had a 12.5 old school Bushmaster h-bar upper. Had a standard H1 with milspec sping. It removed all jumping and bouncing with this new super 42 H2 buffer system. Stays right on target with follow up shots. Very impressive. I am not big on upgrades like to run most things stock, but this is a must on a pistol AR. I also do not run suppressed.
