I use this with a Gemtech Outback II and it works fine. This is only one piece of the two piece system. It allows a very quick on and off of the suppressor. It is a quality piece, however the pricing is steep and IMHO more than it should be. You can but seperate pieces that you can put on various firearms that can use the same suppressor, which will save some o money, but the primary piece of the adaptor is $$$.
