Fillet Knife
One of the best Fillet knifes I have used. High quality Steel at an affordable price. Holds an edge. Excellent rubber hand grip to make sure it doesn't slip. Shealth comes with a bought in sharped. I have tons of knifes and this one is my go to knife now.

It Sho' Do Fillet
Just got back from a trip to Colorado. The fillet knife sliced through cold, fresh trout like hot butter. It's a keeper for my pack. The handle is comfortable, the tip is as pointed as a needle, and the blade is razor sharp. The scabbard makes the knife a bit awkward for putting in a pack to carry while fishing. Other than that, get one for yourself.

Gerber Gator Fillet, Fine Edge Fixed Knife
it is very Sharp and I purchased it for a kitchen knife as well as a fillet knife. It slices thru meat well, also use it to slice tomatoes. I would recommend this knife to anyone. The grip does not slip in your hand plus it has a built in ceramic sharpener in the knife sheath,so not looking for a knife shapener.
