Gerber Machete Pro Knife
i live in a tropical environment where jungles and vegetation inhibits the island, this Pro Knife is a companion with my back pack or ruck sack in the jungle, the "hook" end is a plus when dismembering a full grown deer or big game.

Great balance
This tool has great balance, which will be a MUST when striking the corpse of an approaching zombie with either edge.
One thing that would be nice is a wider flare on the butt end of the handle - to reduce hand slippage when your hands are slick, with or without gloves. Zombie juice tends to get everywhere and degrade grip surface properties.

Should have gone with a real machete
Haven't had any need to put this item to use yet, but imagine it will be helpful the next time we go camping. My only complaint is that it's shorter than I thought it would be. I understand the demensions are right there for me to see, but the handle itself is actually a third of its length. I will still need to bring an axe for chopping wood so I guess I'll just have to wait for the zombies to actually put it to use.
