Sweet Rescue Tool
The strap cutter is easy to use with/without gloves and is sharp. Comes with a Malice strip for Molle attachment and small clip. The small clip could be used to attach it to Molle or anything with even purchase. I am pleased with it and currently have it set up in the vehicle.

Exactly what you’re looking for.
The knife was a good deal during the Christmas sale. Local army surplus stores were asking more for a used knife. I bought several for my kids to help them during an emergency. They’re mounting theirs in their vehicle. It’s a good safe knife that someone couldn’t get into trouble with the law. Perfect for cutting seat belts.
