GG&G Receiver end plate sling adapter. fits nice fills the gap in between the A2 stock and the lower

it is what it is.
i had to whittle my lancer stock to get it to fit. it is very specifically designed for A1 and A2 fixed stocks. that being said whittling worked and im happy with the product, GG&G makes good stuff. Im using a two point set up with the foreward sling further back behind my AFG. when i carry the rifle i can cinch the sling so the rifle is snug to the body and when the rifle is ready the sling wont interfere with my stock, cheek, neck or support hand, its actually better than an M4 pattern with a QD socket because the sling is secured at the higher position.
Pros:
- mount your sling to the receiver at the 9 o clock position instead of the end of the stock
- dont have to mess with the sling wrapping around the stock, when you shoulder the sling is essentially in line with the stock.
Cons:
- if the plate were shaped identical to the end of the reciever instead of being milled to fit the contour of the A1 stock it would fit more exotic stocks easier like Lancer A1-fixed and B5-
Best Used for:
- A1 and A2 pattern rifles using the A1 and A2 stocks.

Sling adapter
Mounted perfect and is made solid. Would highly recommend. Fit a magpul ms1 sling perfect. This works great with a fixed a1 stock. Gg&g sends a screw and spacer for a a2 stock if needed. If you are looking for a quality product this is it.
