Ambi Sling Adapter
My agencies Tactical Response team need this adapter after replacing pistol grip breaching shotguns with pistol grips with a telescoping butt plate. The adapter works perfectly with a single point sling. We are pleased with the adapter.

Durable, Tough and easy to use
Great product, easy to install and completely durable. The only problem is that the paint on it scratches off easily. But it is nice to have the availability for a quick detach point on both sides. I definitely recommend this product.
Pros: Easy to Install, Tough, does not protrude or stick out to much
Cons: Paint rubs off easily

Good Product, Some Ergonomic Issues
This is a very sturdy product and is easy to install on both the 870 and 1100. All you need for the 870 is a Phillips and flathead screwdriver. The 1100 does require removal of the recoil spring keeper, so make sure you remove the recoil pad/buttstock cover and make sure you have the right tools for the job. The sling plate will add about 1/4" to the length of pull as it sits between the stock and receiver. This plate is sturdy and well built, but the loops are a bit too thick to easily get an HK style hook onto them. The mount points are high, so unless the sling is set up a little loose it will rub against your face when you have the shotgun shouldered. Contrast to an AR15 where the mount is generally under the buffer tube and is below the shooters cheek. Overall a good product!
Pros: Sturdy, Easy to install
Cons: High mount point, Loops too thick
