Drop-in Sure, Fire-No
I was excited to try this out in a new build. When I received it, I instantly got to the bench and installed it. When I conducted a function check, it was a NO-GO at this station. So, I attempted to run through the gambit of what could be the issues. Started with trigger bars (OEM & aftermarket) not engaging with firing pin safety or releasing from the friction portion of the striker where the trigger bar (crucible) rests. Still no boom. Tried also variations of firing pin safeties, but nada. So, after numerous variations, I just said "screw it, everything aftermarket except the trigger connector." Well, wouldn't you know? After conducting that function check, it went bang with an OEM trigger connector. I don't know if I got a bad connector, which right now seems to be my luck. If that is the case, I really wish these companies would do better Quality Control/ Quality Assurance. Is anyone else having issues?
