Joe's Review of Glock Slide Stop Lever and Spring Extended
The 7489 will not fit a three pin Glock. A small tap sticks up and hits the upper pin to the locking block. I’m assuming it’s for a two pin Glock only. I couldn’t even install it without it hitting the other pin.
