Good leather product and fits my XD .45 well. Thumb break fits and snaps over gun perfectly. 3 slot allows for behind the hip position with perfect gun angle for me. Concealment is ok - you just have to wear a long enough jacket or shirt.
Pros: 3 slot, nice leather and fit
Cons: none
