It Works, it does what is advertised

Ok, so I researched many holster that will accommodate my pistol, light bearing with dovetail optic mount and came across this brand. At first I was skeptical, especially considering that I had no experience with this brand, nor even heard of it. I bought the light bearing optic ready level lll, installed it on my duty rig and went to work.
The material seemed similar to other brands. The retention release action was also similar to what other brands had as well, with a slightly different approach and design. I liked how texted and tactile the release were for the thumb. The release is slight sticky on the draw, but after about 50 or more draws it works itself out.
It accommodated the weapon system with optic raised front sights, no issues on return and draw. There is no hood that accommodates my setup, but this holster works extremely well for me.
The only two things that I can think of that is a small downside is that one of the mounting screws came out. When I went to reinstall, I noticed that the other three screws were loose, I was able to turn all of the screws by hand. I put lock tight and so far no issues. Not a light bearing holster

by Glocktopus, Verified Owner from OR, United States Written on August 8, 2023
Claims in the description to be light bearing, will not accomodate a glock 23 with light. Pretty large and clunky. Does retain naked glock well though. The thumb release is sturdy. Comes with an extra belt loop attachment, but the clip on is probably all youll need.
Pros:
  • Retention
  • Thumb activated release
Cons:
  • Large and cluncky
  • Not light bearing
Best Used for:
  • Open carry
  • Naked weapon
Would recommend: No
