INSTRUCTIONS NO!
The product is awesome but the instructions that come with it are worthless, go to UTUBE and you will be up and running fast. my ATV front rack isn't set up like the ones in the videos so I had to add a section of pipe to mount this on my machine. again, the only drawback I have is with the instructions.
