Grey birch 10/22 dlx chassis - Grey Birch MFG La Chassis 10/22 Long Action Complete Chassis System

I was excited to get this chassis for my 10/22. Overall it was nice but it was missing a bolt and a set screw. Also the folding latch didn’t latch. I emailed grey birch on a Friday morning and they replied back with I’ll get back to you next week. Middle of that next week they got back to me and wanted to see my proof of purchase to get the two bolts/ Set screws I was missing. I gave them proof of purchase and they sent me out the missing parts. The problem I had with the folding stock mechanism did not get resolved and they wouldn’t send me a replacement. I sent photos of this as proof but that didn’t help. Poor customer service. Poor quality control. I would look at other options.
