Good ideas--poorly executed
I'll divide this into pro's and cons for ease
Pro's
-Comfortable for minimalist carrier
-Not a lot of setup
-Lightweight
Con's
-Poor quality. ROC buckle on the shoulder broke during second use. Now a totally useless piece of equipment
-Adjustments in 1 inch increments--hope your torso is too
-No good place to attach PTTs if you need to use radios.
-Does not fit large ESAPIs well, mediums are swimming in there. One size fit nobody.
Customer service wise:
-Optics planet suggested sending the whole kit back (which may be what I wind up doing)
-Grey Ghost simply never responded to email, or phone.

Not bad for the money
Lightweight, built in tubes. Also has padding front and back, mesh cummerbunds. Comfortable. Wish the adjustments on the cummerbund were easier to make, it uses malice clips so it adjusts in about 1” increments. Would be slow to adjust on the fly.
