Do not go off of the Q&A section for sizing. I am a 34" waist in 5.11 pants and according to that section I would be a small. So I bought that size... I had to extend it to the point where the Velcro was hanging on with the very last fiber of physics. I still had to suck it in and put it about three inches above my hips. Yes I'm rocking the dad bod, but it wouldn't fit on my hips no matter how much Astro Glide I used. Of course like a fool didn't try it on immediately and am now outside the return period. I'll be getting a large and waiting for a friend who will fit it to gift it to.
I went to the grey ghost website and got the sizing chart for y'all.
(Dimensions based on belt length in inches, not waist size.
SM: 34"-36"
MED: 37"-39"
LRG: 40"-42"
XLG: 43"-44")

People in this review constantly saying it runs small so move a size up to get the appropriate fit. DO NOT LISTEN TO them, these people are just lying to themselves about being FAT. I am size 36-38 I got a large, way to loose on the tightest setting,I can literally fit a whole hand in between my belt and my waist, do not listen to all these meal team six’s, to bad I have to refund this belt now, would of been nice to own one in the right size if it wasnt for the reviews leading you astray

I wear a 36 in pants, the 36" belt didn't fit. I needed to go the next size up.

Inner belt is a bit flimsy, but outer belt makes up for it by being stiff enough to hold equipment comfortably. 2 inch outer belt can be difficult to fit through some holsters due to stiffness.
Pros:
- Price
- attachment points
- Stiffness
- metal buckle
Best Used for:
- Holding up pants
- Attaching stuff

Stitching good and hardware is metal, i only have 2 real gripes, firstly there's alot of lost real estate on the front for the adjustment strap and the strap material feels a little flimsy. Secondly it's very stiff, I will update my review if it gets better once worn in.

First off, I like the belt. Well constructed and appears it will hold up. The negative side is the sizing chart sucks. They run small so size up one step. I hate returning items so i try hard to get size correct. Because now i have to wait 10 days once O.P. receives the return for a refund.
Just first world problems but frustrating nonetheless.
Cons:
- size chart is not very accurate

The belt is good but could be better. The inner belt needs to be thinner. It is a real hassle to get in pants with 1.5” belt loops. The webbing that secures the inner belt is a challenge to get through buckle. Over all not bad but needs improvement.
Cons:
- Hard to put into the belt loops

Pretty good belt for competition and other purposes. It's pretty solid construction. Holds a decent amount of things very firmly, and buckles holds well. Pretty happy with purchase but make sure to check the right size.

The belt is made very well and is sturdy. The problem is that I am 6 foot 190 lbs and the medium was too small so I exchanged(thank you OP)for a large and it is adjusted all the way down. It fits but if I lose any weight I'll need to buy a new belt. I wish it would have more adjustment.

A fantastic battle belt! Very comfortable and super sturdy. I definitely agree with other reviewers. It runs small! Get yourself a size up. I'm 5'10" about 195lbs with a 33/34" waist and the medium is perfect for me. Unless your a lady or a very thin guy, I do not recommend the small. I've only used this at the range so far, but you might want to add the suspenders if you plan on using this throughout the day or in competition especially if you plan to carry a lot on it.
Pros:
- Very comfortable, durable and sturdy.
Cons:
- Runs a little small. Order a size up.
