I was a bit worried that this would not have the RMSc cut but it did have an optics cut. There were no dimples to square up the optic though so the only thing holding it in place is the two screws with a few mm of thread. The screws they provide are smaller diameter than the screws that come with the Shield sight and so you really have to hold the sight in alignment to ensure it is straight. This leaves me worried about the optic holding zero and staying tight. This is the least of my issues though because when assembling the slide I was not able to slide the plunger into the hole. I noticed that it would get caught up at where they drilled the hole for the sight and likely there was a burr that was preventing it from sliding forward. Nothing a drill and bit couldn't fix. Shouldn't have had to do that if it was properly QC'd. I noticed a few other metal flakes in and around the slide when first opening the box. Other than all that negativity I like the overall finish on the slide. It looks cool and the slide cuts are very aggressive. Have not fired a round through it yet but it fits a factory Glock frame and all factory parts. No problem with functions check. If I hadn't received a good deal I probably would have just had my factory Glock slide milled and recoated. My friend owns a Grey Ghost slide for a Glock 17 and it is great. I just expected a lot more for my money for something I am betting my life on.

I saw the other reviews saying it is not RMS-C cut, but did not heed their warning and I ended up with a slide that is not RMS-C cut...basically, there is no optic cut at all. I wasn't really planning on running the optic at this time, but it would have been nice to have in the future in case I did want to add one. Additionally, there's generally an up-charge for slides that are cut for optics, so I feel a bit cheated. I noticed the inspection date on the box was from 2018, so my guess is the listing is for the new versions where Grey Ghost added the cut, but the old versions that didn't have the cut are leftovers from before and still being shipped out. Pretty misleading.

Aside from the misleading listing and lack of RMS-C cut as described in the listing, the slide is quality.

I really wanted an RMS-C cut slide for my Glock 43x and so I decided to purchase this item. The description indicated that the slide had the RMS-C cut but when I received the item, it didn't have the cut. I was truly disappointed. I didn't want to go through the hassle to send it back and so I reluctantly decided to keep it.
