I bought the grey ghost glock slide completion kit to finish a build that I have been working on for close to 8 months. I took a Glock 17 gen 5 frame put a glock 34 gen 4 zaffiri zps slide with a glock 34 gen 5 faxon barrel, a diamond design stainless guide rod, timney competition trigger, ade green dot and various other parts together and this completion kit was the final part to the puzzle - everything in the completion kit fit and worked perfectly - I highly recommend this product and would definitely purchase again if I ever do another glock build.

I was looking for options on a complete slide parts kit to build out a new GG slide I purchased. I am very glad there is a quality GG parkt kit to have a fully GG conpletw slide.

Installed in SCT 19 frame. Everything fit correctly. I have not test fired yet, but everything seems to function correctly.

Ordered two of these kits. Used one for a grey ghost slide and the other was alpha shooting. Everything fit perfectly and I haven’t had any issues after shooting a couple hundred rounds out of each of them.

Grey Ghost slides are top notch with their installation kit, I’d recommend them. I ended up with GGP slide version 1 and the one problem is the checkering on the side being sharp and too aggressive. If you conceal carry like I do, you’re probably going to want to leave the round unchambered if you’re rocking a glock Gen 1-4 without an external safety and that means you have to be ready to chamber a round quickly on the draw and with this checkering you’re going to want to find a new method if you also have an rmr which is why most guys and gals upgrade to a slide like this in the first place. Aside from that I love the slide, it’s simple but aggressive look with real benefits aside its great looks. Its made and finished extremely well and will accommodate aftermarket barrels and compensators. Overall I love the slides and products made by Grey Ghost, just if I could do it again would definitely have gone with GGP Version 2 or Version 4. V2 has the better checkering while V4 has dimpled checkering with a top cutout if that is important to you.

All the Grey Ghost Precision Glick Slide Completion Kit parts are ok for the price. After 300 rounds, the extractor cracked. So here i am leaving a review on Optics Planet before ordering a new extractor.

Good kit. You can get kits cheaper but if you buy this one it works just as well. This kits does come with their own backplate so it adds a personal touch to the kit. Everything goes into the slide the same and none of the part gave me problems during the install. Quality is the same as good third party or OEM kits. I also installed this kit in a Grey Ghost slide.

I put these parts in a brand new Zev Orion G34 slide at he beginning of the new year. I have put about 400 rounds down range with the parts and yesterday the extractor cracked in the rear by where the round portion fits inside the slide. The rest of the parts are working. I also understand that the slide might have been the issue and not the extractor. I have run thousands of rounds through a Zev slide with both the Factory Glock and Zev extractors with no issues

This “completion” kit does Not include a recoil spring/guide rod assembly. How is this a completion kit? What part of the root word “complete” is not understood? Will be returning. OP did a bad job of vetting the description as well.
