I wanted to like this upper receiver… however when i opened the box the picture was different then what arrived. This system does not come with qd sling mount attachments built into the hand guard nor does it come with a thread protector for the muzzle device. Even worse, the hand guard will loosen away from the barrel nut after about 50 rounds. (Thats with loctite and proper torque specs). Every time i shot this upper the (3 occasions) the hand guard has creeped away and i had to stop my shooting sessions.
Pros:
- Fun for the first 30-50 rounds
Cons:
- Does not match picture
- expenisive
- Hand guard falls off
Best Used for:
- Sending back to the manufacturer
- sending back to the manufacture
