Griffin S&P 2.0 Barrel
Hats off to Griffin Armament they nailed it again with there M&P 2.0 barrel. Super flat shooting and stays on target better with the micro comp. I have one of there MK1 11.5" sbr with 20k rds down range in just over a year and it's still shooting under 1 moa groups with Fiocchi 62gr ammo. I'm sure this barrel will last and proform just as well. Only had this barrel a few weeks and it's already eat 2136 rds, yes I keep track of every round fired through my firearms. When you live out in God's county and have a range in your backyard you tend to shoot more then most people.

If you are on the fence about this upgrade... just climb on over to the cool kidz side of the fence ... if you own a 2.0 ... and plan to suppress it .. just do it

Griffin M&P 2.0 barrel
The barrel I purchased fit tight and great. Cycled fine and it complements the Ed brown slide I have with the serrations. If you’re looking for a 5 inch barrel this will not fit - it’s design to fit the 4.25 “full size” barreled gun. Highly recommend.

It runs great.
Just like some other reviews, it didn’t fit right away. Right at the top where the barrel meets the slide theres a .05mm difference between this barrel and the stock barrel. Which is so small it’s basically just the cerakote. I took the dremel to both sides with a fine grit sanding wheel for maybe 4 seconds both sides. Just like that, dropped right in, took it to the range and broke it in. Ran just fine after one magazine. Love it. The compensator is cute, but it doesn’t help that much it’s basically just a thread protector and it comes undone as you shoot if you don’t crank it on there. All in all, great barrel, griffin armament just needs to fix their cerakoting problem where the extra .05mm is going to matter. I.e. fire the quality control guy..

Excellent Option
Installed in a M&P 2.0 Metal. I selected this barrel / comp bundle specifically because it includes the carry comp. The barrel itself is excellent and dropped right in. The comp screwed on as expected. You can tell the difference vs the OE barrel.

- Need a slightly longer holster because of the comp.

Doesn’t fit a full size m&p 2.0
This is the second threaded barrel from optics that I’ve tried to buy for my 2.0. The first one was made from trybe defense was to short. I returned it and found this one. I read the description to double check it too to see if it was long enough so that I wouldn’t come short. Waited about a month or 2 only for it to come in short again.

Very Satisfied
The Griffin Armament S&W M&P 2.0 9mm full size replacement barrel shoots silky smooth with much less recoil and a reduction in noise. This barrel is so much better than the original. I'm happy I purchased it!

Amazing fit.
This barrel is a way nice fit for the gun. Better accuracy and stability. Surprised for the price. just outstanding with the mini comp. The feel after installing it and shooting it this morning was amazing so much better than the original barrel.
