Most Helpful Positive Review Pretty Nifty
I'm running this on a 11.5" AR that I am running suppressed WITHOUT an adjustable gas block. The gas port on the barrel is optimized for dual purpose and the suppressor I'm using is not a flow through and is known for being a bit gassy. The charging handle does a good job an minimizing the gas to the face while suppressed. It is most certainly an improvement over a standard charging handle and worth the additional cost. Does exactly what it says it does

If your gun is trying to kill you slowly by gassing you to death, this is the charging handle for you. The SN-ACH does exactly what it is advertised to do. After installing the charging handle, I experienced very little to no gas blow back. I am left handed so I do get some for the ejection port if the wind is blowing in the right direction, but nothing directly to the face from the back of the gun. The only negative thing I have to say is that the charging handle is not a true ambidextrous handle. Pulling on the right side of the charging handle does work, but it does so by taking the tension off the locking mechanism. It does not physically open the lock like it does when pulling on the left side. Being left handed, this approach works just fine and doesn't out weigh how well the charging handle works at mitigating gas blow back.

Awesome gas control

I bought this as the final piece for my suppressed 11.5 inch AR-15 pistol. It did not disappoint. The actuation and use are smooth and an improvement in operation and gas control over the Breek Warhammer which came stock on my pistol. At the range I shot 10 rounds with the stock Warhammer then switched, to the SN-ACH 15 and noticed a significant difference in gas to the face. I run a OCL Polonium K silencer and it for real makes a difference!

MUST install for it to 'work' properly.

While holding the charging handle in your hands, the ambidextrous finger tabs won't seem to work properly (only one side appears to work, unlike an AXTS handle or similar). But once installed, the charging handle works perfectly by pulling on just either side or both. Haven't seen how effective it is at redirecting gas yet. Nice quality part.

Sn-ach is a solid charging handle

Just put this onto my 11.5” AR. No gas at all when compared to other rifles I was shooting at the time. One rifle was noticing gassy. When I switched over to mine with the Griffin Arms Snach, it produced zero noticeable gas. Next up is to install a suppressor and see how that pans out.

100% better than factor SFAR charging handle. Got close to zero gas in face running a suppressor on a 16” Ruger SFAR!
