Great upgrade
I had started with the taper mounts when i got my first can, so I've stayed with them. I have several Griffin Armament mounts and they all work and function as they should.

Blocks feeding tube on Henry.
I thought it would be slimline enough to work on my Henry Big Boy X lever action .45 Long Colt. But after installing, it would not allow the feeding tube to be pulled out for loading and unloading. While I do use my side gate once and a while, I only do so to load a round or two. If you don't use your tube for loading and unloading, then buy it. As it seems to be a good quality piece of hardware. It threaded on smoothly and looked great installed.

Griffin muzzle devices
Love all the different style muzzle breaks these guys have been putting out. I have switched all my rifles to plan A . Easy mounting and durable.

Nice qd muzzle device
I like griffin qd muzzle devices. This minimalist flash hider is no exception. Has a really cool look. I like that it doesn’t need a crush washer and the taper design makes for a well centered baffle alignment. I would definitely recommend this or any other griffin products for a muzzle device or silencer or and of their other gun products.

Best Flash hider!
This is by far my favorite muzzle device. It's minimal and effective and the taper mount is the best system.

Good Stuff!
Purchased 4 of these, 2 in 5.56/223 and 2 in .30 cal. Very easy to mount, even a former grunt can do it. Well made, solid product. Best of all, my Optimus quickly and easily mounts to these flash hiders. Will definitely be obtaining more of these for my AR builds.

Excellent fit and finish. Does its job while looking good.
Timed easily on my barrel. Looks great with excellent machining and finish. Would definitely purchase again for a future build. Pairs well with the Griffin taper blast shield. Love Griffin stuff. Always well made with good QC.
