I have several pieces of Grizzly equipment. I have had some minor issues here and there and customer services has always been quick to respond and fix.
But now I got this very very expensive jointer on 12/6/2019 and still have not been able to use it. Grizzly has only talked to me twice after I have called several times and told the tech. will get back with you. Infeed & outfeed tables move .5mm-.6mm by cutter head when you push down on end of tables with about 10-15 pounds of force. Sent Grizzly videos of this and they said they never seen before. They check their own stock and the beds moved on them also, how much I do not know. Their only idea so far was to tighten a spring that hooks to the end of the table to help take out all the slop/play, tables still move just takes about 20-25 pounds of force. Measured the shafts and cast links for them, .004" play per shaft and link which adds up to .008". Also when I received the shaft that connects the table to base was pulled out of one side, (they didn't tighten set collar). The shaft which was still in the other side of the table wobbled/stretched out it was measuring .018" oversized. This combined with all the play in the cast links and shafts (.026" which is about .6mm) adds to all the movement of the tables. Also when I measured the cast links they didn't look like they had any post cast machining.
