Could have been mispackaged, but not the right product - GrovTec US Hammer Extensions

Got this GTHM-284 model which is supposed to be for Henry lever action Rimfires. Was for a Henry youth model lever action .22lr. Packaging of the product is correct, but the space where the hammer fits is a good 1.5 times too wide. Like something that would fit a S&W 44 magnum with a target hammer wide. I don't know if Grovetec maybe mispackaged the item or what. I called Henry and they advised that the model number was correct, and also that the youth model and H001/Golden Boy all share the same size hammer spur. They also advised that it is possible that Grovetec put the wrong extension in the packaging as well. They sell this item themselves, and said that they have also received mispackaged items before. Maybe that was the case, who knows. The extension that I got was at least 1/8" too wide for the hammer. Going to try to exchange for the one that shows as Winchester 94/Henry 22 and see what happens. The one that I bought for a Browning BL22 on the other hand fits perfect, and since I can't rate the individual item numbers, I'll give the one for the Browning 5 stars and the one for the Henry 1 since I can't give it zero.
