These are great, lightweight, ceramic plates at a very affordable price point! They are thick boys though so I would recommend a large sized plate carrier. I managed to force them into my medium plate carrier (TREX AC1) but the fit is extremely tight. Definitely recommend going to a large plate carrier because of the thickness. Overall, I’m very happy with them! Single curve is fairly comfortable and I’ve taken the set up for a 2 mile run with no issues. Highly recommend these ceramics from Guard Dog!
