Soft and wearable - Guard Dog Body Armor Level IIIa Concealable Soft Armor

I bought the extra large, because I'm a large guy, working as an art teacher at a public school in California. It's wearable, and hardly noticeable under winter layers. We'll see how things are in the Spring and Summer. It wears a little lower than I'm accustomed to from my hard plates in the army. I was taught that the plates should ride high and touch the clavicle. Mine rides slightly lower, about 3/4 of an inch south the clavicle. It wears like a tee-shirt,and my usual flannel shirts cover it completely.
