Light seems good quality, has some heft, cost 26.00 with recharger and battery. Advertised lumen seems optimistic. I compared it to my 275 lumen streamlight, and it was brighter, but it did not seem to be twice as bright. Did not check waterproof claim, but if it leaks it looks like the lense face would be the weak spot.
Intial charge on battery took a overnight. Instructions say not to leave battery in charger for more than 24 hrs.

Pros:
- reasonable cost
- Metal housing seems solid
- Rechargeable using available battery.
- Not too small, and not oversized
- Best to carry in jacket pocket a little large for pant pocket carry.
Cons:
- Maybe not as bright as advertised
- No roll stop (flat spot) on housing.
- It would be better is a spare battery were available since this is not a charge in place design.
Best Used for:
- Emergency light
- Everyday light for toolbox
