Brush does excellent job
It cleans as well as a bronze brush that would dissolve in those cleaners using strong copper removing ammonia. I am switching over to nylon brushes, they don't bend and set like copper and bronze brushes do It does what it is supposed to.

No ammonia fear
My big reason for nylon brushes is they are not copper or bronze which is attacked by ammonia cleaning products. Just doesn't make a lot of sense to use a brush make of the same material which your are removing for the bore. Still wash brushes when finished with the job but don't feel it's a run for water race.

nylon brushes for rifles
This is a very good product and has very low impact on the grooves on the barrel. They did a good job removing fowling from the barrel. I would recommend this product to any one.I have used it many times.

Gunslick Nylon Rifle Cleaning Brushes
The brushes hold up well. They also thread well into cleaning rods. Nylon brushes have held up well to any solvent or gun oil that I have used. The nylon seems to do as good of a job as brass and I'm hoping it is less harsh on the barrel.
Pros:
- good quality
- less harsh
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- all cleaning applications

Good for money
Nylon is stiff enough but can't scratch.May eliminate bronze and good value with 6 brushes in box
