Most Helpful Positive Review advetised weight is 3 oz off
Just opend it up. Guntec asvertised 8 oz with barrel nut. NOPE! Its 11oz even. 3 oz off. Just letting folks know. The packageing was also smashed up when i got it . But i am sure the rail will work fine.

Weight as shipped

Above review is correct, as shipped it weighs about 11oz. It had a steel barrel nut. I contacted Guntec. They said some were accidentally shipped with a steel nut and are sending me an aluminum barrel nut free of charge. I'll post again if it does not show up or if issues. Otherwise looks good, light.

Great for the money

It looks great and feels good in the hands. Very lightweight. As my first build it was very easy to install. Would recomend for a budget build as well as a higher end one. Will purchase another in the future for my next.
