GUNTEC USA AR-10 Mil-Spec Buffer Tube Set,.308 Cal
The Buffer Tube set fit my AR build perfectly. Would recommend to anyone building a 308 AR. Fit the mil-spec stock that I'd selected perfectly. Additionally it fit the lower and upper that i'd selected. At the range the system worked perfectly.

Like a lot of other reviewers say: Just don't buy Guntec
I have not had a good experience with Guntec products. It is all cheap, foreign made junk. While the price is appealing, remember, you get what you pay for. Find something else on sale and you will be happier in the long run.
Nice buffer set up decent weight
Decent buffer going to buy different weight for more setup options, my only complaint is I wish the color was either raw or polished it's looks dull bead blasted but the description is on point the color complaint is on me.

This is junk. The buffer is 1 piece, no inserts to prevent bolt carrier bounce. Will not cycle.

Guntec USA AR-10 Mil-Spec Buffer Tube Set, .308 Cal
This unit has a 3.8oz buffer. It would not cycle my rifle. I had to make purchase of a 5.0oz buffer and use an Aero Spring to make it go like it should. This might have worked if the buffer were heavier.

Super quality and helps my 6.5 Creedmoor stay fed!!
High quality materials and finish. The spring is of superb quality and got the strength it needs to handle the cycling my blaster puts out. I'll be buying these for my rigs from now on. Thank you for the high-quality product and serving the community!!

Castle nut was extremely tight, it had to be pried with a flathead when test fitted to get the tube to cover the retainer pin. There is no cut out for the retainer pin either but, that is jot a deal breaker

Just what I needed!
Was building an AR10 recently and discovered I need a buffer tube and spring to complete it. Optics Planet had just what I need. AR parts have become scarce recently during the Wuhan China virus. The price was fair and shipping fast.

Economical AR-308 buffer tube assy mil spec
A bit shorter than factory dpms but works fine,! Great for replacing the fixed stock with 6 position stocks, this option lets you pick a lot of different styles of adjustable stock not have to choose the same style but works well with all mil spec stocks not commercial size tube stocks
