Upper and Handguard Don't Match

The Upper and Handgaurd don't match well. Upper is very nicely machined although I think the Takedown Pin Hole may be a bit large with the slop I have with my Receiver. The Handguard is a bit flatter then the Upper with marks on the ends (no red anodize). What I would consider a Blem part. Upper is a solid 4 starts and the Handguard is a 1.5. I will recommend on price alone but I'm not thrilled with the Handguard. Maybe I got Friday, after lunch, production.
