Guntec products are high quality products! Beautiful products! Quality finishes! IMHO Optics Planets QC and product description are outright deceptive. Parts shown in the photo didn’t come with the kits! Whenever I asked to have the two missing pieces that I paid for corrected for me, I was told they don’t carry them even though I can go directly to said items and purchase them separately! I’m not purchasing something that I already paid for and didn’t receive! Wouldn’t send the missing pieces and referred me to the manufacturer to try and correct their mistake! Won’t give me the two pieces missing! Sad excuse for customer service with this order! Basically said return it because they don’t carry said missing items but I can purchase them separately after spending quite a bit of money on some accessories! Second attempt at a review because OP disapproved of my telling future customers what to expect!
