Rockset & Strap wrench
I brought this for cosmetic purposes only for my AR9 I just wanted a taticool “tucked” look for my 8in barrel and this did the trick. Shot it off in the first 20 rounds. I used red loctite and a strap wrench to get good torque on the muzzle device the second time around. 300 rounds later no problems...

Wildly overpriced considering it's garbage not worthy of even Amazon.
Threads stripped out with almost no torque whatsoever. Before that, no amount of loctite or effort would keep it tight for more than 5-6 rounds shot. Absolute trash and I wish I could get my $60 back.

Finishing touches
I built an AR pistol some months ago. While paying attention to the goings-on with the ATF and the revision of rules, I was able to build out a very nice little weapon and remain legal. One thing was absent, though, and that was a way to finish the muzzle of the weapon. This slip-over barrel shroud is just the thing. This is the 3rd of these that I have bought, and the others I bought previously have been excellent. They don't do a whole lot other than look cool and maybe redirect a bit of the muzzle gases. These are very well built, easy as pie to install, and they give a nice tacti-cool look to whatever you put them on.

Got this for my 9mm PCC 16in rifle build.i wanted it over the barrel to put this under the handguard for that suppressor "LOOK" without the costly price tag...it worked out jus as planned..thanks Guntec for a great product and thanks to Opticsplanet for the low cost and quick shipping. Now I'm pew pewing and plinking the steel looking like a pro...

Very practical and worth every penny
It looks supper cool, like a suppressor; and although it is not a suppressor it made my PSA AR-V9 very quite way less than my older comp and it runs smoothly and mitigate recoil felt/muzzle rise very nicely
