I ordered this for my bear creek arms 450BM. The brake threaded on fine by hand but when I tried to tighten it onto the crush washer to time it it stripped off the tops of the threads on my barrel. muzzle brake mossburg bushmaster

After exhausting many site's looking for a muzzle brake for my .450 bushmaster,optics planet came thru. Awesome break how ever i had to go off site to find the tuning nut to complete the installation of the muzzle brake. Very happy with the upgrade to my rifle.

verry disappointing

The treads on this brake were cut oversized and didnt fit. Both barrel and brake said they were 5/8 x 32 but when tightened down it stripped the tips of the threads off of my barrel and i could pull it rite off.

.450 muzzle brake

Bought the .458 socom brake for the .450 the threads matched up great and it has performed very well. Had also saved me some cash over ordering the .450. Great upgrade to the stock muzzle brake. Very happy with my purchase. Double check your muzzle threads before ordering anything for your firearm

Nice looking

Overall it's a very nice looking muzzle brake the only downfalls are didn't come with a Crush Washer and 11/16 is not an easy one to find and the inside machine could be a little cleaner but the exterior is perfect
