Fantastic Knife, Thick D2, Durable, feels great in hand

by KeesteringShiv, from MA, United States Written on June 9, 2023
I didnt Purchase this Knife although My friend hasIt and I felt really compelled to write this Review because of the other Review above/below. This is a fantastic Knife, Its built like a tank, thick d2 steel, Holds its edge, feels great in the hand for large hands. Its made really well and the double hilt is a great feature. This person below clearly made a mistake or didnt read before purchasing. Its blade length is listed as 6.8" here on opticsplanet and as 7" on other knife sellers websites where they also list the overall length as 11" or 11.7". His bad review is because "He thought it was bigger" and that "his kay-bar was bigger." Its possible he got a smaller blade shipped by accident but It doesn't seem thats the case. He fails to list any Information regarding the blade and any reason other than his assumptions and saying "it wasnt worth $300" but again fails to say anything as to why he gave a horrible review and returned it. I have used and Handled several Halfbreed blades Knives and they were all exquisite, Built well, And felt amazing in hand.
Pros:
  • Thick D2 Steel, holds a edge well, Durable and built well, feels great in hand
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • tactical, survival, hunting, camping

Definitely not "large"

by Devil-Dawg, Verified Owner from MT, United States Written on May 5, 2023
The name is totally misleading in being called "large" Infantry knife. My old Marine Corps Ka-bar is actually larger than this knife. The knife is way overpriced, definitely not worth the almost $300 price tag, will be returning for refund.
