These gloves are the thinnest I've ever seen for motorcycle use. So, here's the deal, don't go down. I mean they're fine for sun protection or if you fall off your bike when it isn't moving, lol. So why the straight five star rating you say? Because I love the feedback you feel from you bars (handlebars, not the beverage type!) I love that there's no snap to break or Velcro to catch all over yourself or wear out. These are great for the touring, cruiser crew. NOT recommended for stunt riders or racers... you know who you are. ;-)
