I have been using this hemacytometer for several years for my cell counting and further experiments. Generally I used to dilute my samples 5 times to 10 times for counting my cells in this hemacytometer. This diamond etched hemacytometer with double improved Neubauer ruling. This is very simple, quick, clear, bright line and accurate in counting. It is one piece solid, strong construction, ensuring long term durability and accuracy. V slash at the loading side of each plateau facilitates charing and reduces the possibility of overflow into the moat.Difference in surface tension characteristics between the metallic surface on the chamber and the polished cover glass assures smooth capillarity for precise loading and more even cell distribution.
